The first pages of a book contained the messages ‘Do użytku wewnętrznego’, ‘Do użytku wewnątrzorganizacyjnego’, ‘Do użytku wewnątrzklubowego’, and ‘nakład 100 egz’ (‘For the organisation’s internal use only’, ‘For the club only’, and ‘circulation 100 copies’). These labels had nothing to do with reality, but thanks to this loop in the law, it was possible to start printing.

Conan i Inni 1988. Two different batches of paper. In the 80's in Poland there was a shortage of goods including paper so it was a common thing to use paper from illegal sources. In polish it translates as "załatwić". This means getting something done, but in a very specific way – by using a bribe (vodka), political clout or connections, or simply personal charm. You can also assume that the thing needing doing is either entirely illegal or else not quite legal, requiring perhaps a slight bending of the rules.
